our beliefs:
1. God is three in one. Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.(Genesis 3:22, Deuteronomy 6:4)
2. Jesus died on the cross and was raised from the grave three days later. (1 Corinthians 15:4)
3.The blood of Jesus covers sins and makes people righteous. (1 John 1:7)
4. Spiritual gifts such as wisdom, knowledge, faith, healing, miraculous powers, prophecy, distinguishing between spirits, speaking in different kinds of tongues, and interpretation of tongues. (1 Corinthians 12:7-11)
5. We are called to make disciples and bring people into relationship with Christ. (Matthew 28:19)
our pastor:
Kevin and Cassondra Gunn, Pastor and Wife, as well as the entire Hope Alive AZ family welcomes you to the Hope Alive AZ Church Website. Kevin was ordained as the Senior Pastor at Hope Alive Church in 2019. He has been brought up in this church where his Father Johnny Gunn was the founder and senior pastor serving the Phoenix area for 35 years. Kevin is a bi-vocational pastor that also teaches Physical Education at the elementary level. He and his wife Cassondra have hearts for the lost and want to see people deepen their relationship with Christ. Kevin enjoys fellowship with others and serving the community in order to see people grow closer to Christ.
